We had a wonderful time and the Dcar limo was very comfortable.

I would recommend for young children that they take the 3-seat back seat, as that was comfortable for them.

Dear Ms. Ngoc,

 Thank you for all your arrangement for our trip. We all have a good time in Sapa. It is a nice place to visit. However, I would like to give your some feedback regarding our hiking package.

 Our Guide, Mr. Su is very nice and take care us well. Only missing from what you state in the service agreement is that : There is no raining coat and bamboo stick provided for us. They don't even prepare these items. Luckily that it doesn't rain on the day we hiked. Otherwise, we might get wet as I didn't bring it with me coz you said it will be provided. And the bamboo stick, we asked it they can find us some bamboo stick, they said they don't have a knife to trim them. Some of us didn't bring the pole coz you mentioned you will provide bamboo stick.

The rest is good anyway. I want to provide you these feedback so that you make sure all items is provided as you mentioned when you deal with other group in the future.

 We have returned home from our trip to Vietnam.  With the exception of the night train to Hanoi which was cancelled AND WAS NOT YOUR FAULT, everything you arranged for us went well and was completed without any problem.  I just wanted to thank you for helping to make our trip so enjoyable.  You are a dream to work with and your efforts were greatly appreciated by myself, my wife and our friends.
