Hi Ms Ngoc Ha,
I had a great trip. I thought your service was very efficient and professional. Your quick and informative response to my queries was one of the reasons I chose to book with you, and I‘m glad I did. I felt very relieved after I received the final itinerary one day before flying off, knowing that my whole trip was well-arranged. It was also reassuring that I was able to pay through Paypal/Onepay as I was not comfortable sending credit card details over email (to other travel agents). The tours I went on (Hanoi city tour and Bai Dinh/Trang An) were good - the tour guides Trung and Frank were very enthusiastic and helpful.
On arrival at my hotel in Sapa, I was surprised to hear from my tour guide Phuc that I could not join the group trek, but he would take me on a private trek or motorcycle tour of the villages. Although it was not what I had expected, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Phuc was very knowledgeable and it was a great experience.
Thanks very much for a good trip to Vietnam. I‘m looking forward to visiting again someday.

The train, accommodations, and trekking tour through the valley were all great, and I don’t think we have anything specific that we’d like to comment on.
However, I’d like to especially note that our tour guide, Singh, was excellent, and we had a great time with him exploring the valley.

Un taxi nous attendait à l‘arrivée (pour le retour de la gare à l‘aéroport de Hanoi)
