Day 1:  Sapa – Muong Hoa Valley – Fansipan peak by cable (L)

09.00am you will visit Muong Hoa valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in northwest VietNam. Descending into the valley by foot you will see the largest terraced rice paddy in the SaPa area (If you visit the valley between May and September, there is a chance to experience and observe how the local’s plant and harvest rice). The walk takes you from Lao Chai village of the Black H'mong minority to Ta Van village of the Zay minority, providing the opportunity to see the different traditions and costumes of the two ethnic minority groups. In the afternoon (no Guide and no car transfer): you start conquer Fansipan Mountain by Muong Hoa Funicular from Sun Plaza building to go to Sapa cable car station within a few minutes. Then you continue trip to conquer Fanxipan Peak – legendary Indochina Rooftop. You will take the three-rope cable car system which carry you from the bottom to the highest point of the mountain in 15-20 minutes.

Reach at Fanxipan cable station at height 2800meter, you have to cross the 600 stone steps to the top of Fanxipan Mountain (or you can go by Fansipan funicular by your own account). From there, you can enjoy the scenery and magnificent views to Sapa and can admire views of Muong Hoa valley and Hoang Lien National Forest from above and beautiful landscape of Lai Chau province. Afterward you take cable car go down, continuing back to Sapa by Funicular.
