- Free pick you up from hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter at 8:30pm to Hanoi Train Station
- Departure from Laocai at 29 Khanh Yen Street, Laocai Train Station at 21:30pm and arrive Hanoi at 05:30am

Family Express Train is a deluxe tourist train. Each Deluxe cabin consists of four berths. The Tourist cabins are suitable for business and leisure travellers. Each Tourist cabin is comprised of deluxe 4 berths cabinand VIP 2 berths cabin. Passengers will be offered fruits, confectionery and drinks for free as well as toothbrushes, toothpaste, a comb, pairs of massage slippers and sound system.

Each coach has a friendly and attentive staff that will provide support to passengers. Each sleeping modern cabin features with toilets sets on board, etc of aviation standards. Passengers will be also offered drinks, confectionery and newspapers for free. With friendly staff and attentive services.

* VIP cabin/ cabin 2 berth must be bought in whole. Single person who travels on VIP cabin must buy both tickets.
